  • Where do I start?

    Decide if you want to tackle your ADHD on your own or with support. If on your own, check out the self-paced courses and resource pages. If you would like support, check out the programs.

  • I have a hard time following through with things that I start, even if I really want to do it! What if I sign up and I can't get myself to do what I need to do?

    It's okay. Just do what you can. External structure and accountability go a long way in helping with following through on what you set out to do so sign up for a program that has these things built in. Self-paced courses might be harder for you to complete. But if that's the route you choose, it will be here when you're ready to come back. If you want individualized support, let's chat about putting together a coaching plan for you.

  • I'm already overloaded and overwhelmed and I'm not sure I can fit another thing into my schedule.
